The therapeutic model we support at HealthyMinds is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This model requires the therapist and the client to work together to achieve recognition and understanding of the problems that exist between thoughts, feelings, and behaviour.

The therapy focuses on the present and current symptoms, with the aim of providing immediate relief and clear steps towards achieving personal goals.

Finally, CBT can be used either on its own or in combination with appropriate medication, depending on the severity of each client's condition.
